Chambor Blusher 68 Passion Rose- Review, Swatches & Photos

If we think about a blush shade, the first feeling of a blush is always pink. Pink is a natural blush color and that's why this color is so popular. I always love natural makeup and light pink blush is an essential part of natural makeup. I have many pink blushes from various brands but the desire of buying a blush is always insists me to buy more and more. Recently I bought Chambor’s Passion Rose Blush and I really love it. It’s a tremendous color of pink which makes your cheek look like a pink rose.

Chambor Blusher 68 Passion Rose

Passion Rose 68 is natural pink rosy shade blush with silver shimmers. The shade looks extremely beautiful on the cheeks. The shimmer is very subtle and delicate which gives the face not only a natural but also a beautiful glow when blended.

Packaging

I always admire Chambor's classy packaging. This blush comes in a navy blue packaging. Inside the box, you find the shining navy blue case with silver lining. The case opens with a click lock. Inside it a mirror and a thin brush is provided with the blush. the packaging is very neat and convenient. I love the packaging.

The Brush

The brush provided along with the blush is completely useless. It looks like an eye shadow brush more than a blush applicator.

Ingredients

Vitamin A & E

Shade

They come in many shades. The shade 68 Passion Rose is natural light rosy pink with light shimmers which is very pretty for medium to light skin tones.

Texture & pigmentation

The texture is soft and tremendously silky. Sometime it amazed me, because the texture of this blush is somewhere in between powder and cream blush.Perfectly blend able.  The pigmentation is wonderful, one or two swipe is enough for glowing effect.

In the mirror of my own experience

This blush is another one which makes me satisfied after using. I'm so glad to have some lovely blushes which make me satisfied!! Sometimes I feel we all girls and ladies are a bit greedy of cosmetics especially I'm crazy for lipstick and blushes. When I first saw it on the counter, I decided immediately to buy it. Now after using it for 2-3 times, I can say that my decision was perfect. Actually this is the perfect shade for my skin tone. The texture is superb and it blends like a dream. I know the 'dream' is a common word but these words have to used when we have no words to explain something beautiful. The lasting power is good can't be called perfect but it lasts for 5 to 6 hours easily so for me, it's good. If 5 to 6 hours lasting is not enough for you, you can retouch the blush lightly. I'm very very happy to see its effects on my face. I have used many blushes from Chambor and they never let me down with their quality.

Good points

Elegant and exclusive packaging as always.
The shade is beautiful for medium to light skin tones.
The texture is outstanding and excellent. Neither like powder nor cream and so you can imagine about the texture.
Very pigmented.
The subtle shimmers give a beautiful glow to your face after blending.
Good lasting power.
Enough quantity.
Reasonable price.
Easily available.

Bad points

I didn't find the full ingredient list of blush on their website.
The applicator provided with blush is useless.
Finally....

I'm greatly satisfied about this blush. The quality is excellent and the effect is beautiful. I really love its texture which only can be called dreamy and wonderful. The shade is beautiful and natural which can worn with every shade's outfit. Can be used everyday for office and of course in night functions too because the glow looks tremendous in lights.

Rating
4.75/5
Recommendation

I recommend it to all my readers. I'm very sure you'll love its effect after applying on your face. The have many colors both in warm and cool skin tones. You should choose one for yourself.

Celebrity Makeup #5-Kate Winslet

If you ask about my favorite movie from Hollywood, I’ll take the first name of Titanic. I love to see it again and again even today.

I love everything about this movie but the most favorite are the Hero and the heroine of that movie. Dashing Leonardo De Caprio and beautiful and innocent Kate Winslet. It’s not only me but I think there’s no one in this world who dislikes this actress.

I won’t say that it’s Kate’s best makeup look but it’s really beautiful and even easy to try out.

Celebrity Makeup look #3 - Aishwarya Rai

I always love traditional makeup and outfit. They give us an innocent look which one can rarely get from modern or western outfits. You will often see me in traditional looks. This picture of bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai really attracted me and I was compelled to select it for my celebrity look post.

Chambor eyeshadow trio( Bronze)

Festival times are over, so normal life is going on. You all ladies would want to look beautiful in your normal life but in a natural look which can give you a descent and charming personality. Makeup which makes you beautiful but doesn’t show, light natural lipstick and light eye shadow which can define your eyes without showing.
This Chambor eyeshadow trio is very nice for those working girls who believe in elegant and descent look.

I love this brand so always like checking out its products in the market. I bought this trio a couple of months ago and after using it only once, I can say that I love it. I’m not crazy about loud makeup so it’s very fine for me.

It comes in a very classy packaging and I like it. Navy blue packaging is very elegant. Inside the carton navy blue box with the Chambor trade mark is very pretty.

Now inside the box, the box opens easily with a click and we find three shades in the box with a nice applicator and mirror. Applicator can easily apply all the shades and with its mirror one doesn’t need to look here and there for it.

Price- Rs 450 when I bought it in October but now these trios are of Rs 475

Shade 1

This is a coppery-bronze brown color. I love it for outer corner of my eyes. Its lovely shimmer finish defines my eyes very well. It looks great as an overall lid colour too, when we go for any night occasion. Inspite of some shimmer in it, it has a matte finish in it. After blending, it looks amazing.

Shade 2

This shade is also pretty lovely. It has a white pearly finish and is some what similar to the Maybelline shadow stylist pearl white. I can use it with white and off white dress. It is successful if you want a pearly finish to your eyes but you have to define your eyes by applying some dark shade on your outer corner.

Shade 3

This shade is my most favorite in this palette. Overall it is a neutral shade.I can use it on any of my dress. It gives a very elegant and natural finish to my eyes. After applying it I feel very natural and simple but pretty look. With black dress, it looks very fresh and beautiful. It looks as if I haven’t applied any shadow on my lids but gives my lid a very innocent beauty. Can be used to create a lovely look for day parties and functions.

The reason why I love this trio:

All the three colors are very pretty and give a pearly finish.

Its suits every skin color.

pigmented and very nice in blending.

I can very easily pick them by the applicator or brush.

They all give me natural eye look.

These are very suitable for working girls.

It’s for you if you want a subtle and simple look.
There is not much fallout which relaxes me and I can easily do my makeup.
Applicator is very nice and easy to apply.
Mirror makes my work very easy. Very nice to carry out in my purse.

Now the swatches-

Some dislikes:
I love Chambor trio but often have seen that one shade is little bit chalky. But thanks God in this one there is no such shade.

The quality of every shade should be equal.

It is a trio which is not for festival occasion.

It’s not for you if you love loud makeup.

But overall I love this trio and will always check their latest shadows.
Rating of this trio: 4/5
Hey girls what your views about this trio. Have you tried any other Chambor trio?

A QUICK LOOK JUST IN 10 MIN & I'M READY TO GO OUT!!

Some times it happens that we are in hurry not too well but suddenly we are insisted to go out somewhere by our brothers and sisters, our boy friends or hubby. We can’t refuse them but the question is what to do when we do not have much time to ready ourselves.
I know this moment often comes in your life. What do you do then? Either you go in a simple look or you take much time for yourself and listen to some unpleasant comments for it.
But next time when you face that moment you can pick some tips from here for your preparation. Believe me it will take only 10 minutes and you can get a simple but nice look.

For more advice on how to create a simple but nice look, you can look through this list of online colleges to find the right cosmetology degree for you.

10 minute look-
1-at first wash your face, wipe it and apply some moisturizer if you need. Take any stick foundation or compact which contains foundation in it. You can use Colorbar compact, Lakme magic, Mac compact plus foundation, Loreal roll on or Chambor stick foundation.
I have used here Chambor stick foundation. You need only 1 or ½ min for it.
2- Eyes
You have to spend some time for your eyes but maximum 5 min. Take any shadow palette choose a shade according to your dress. Now apply very lightly because we don’t need dark shade. You can take Maybelline palette, Chambor trio, Mac single color shadow, Lakme quartet, Rimmel trio or any other brand.
Here I have used Maybelline lilac shades and my dress was purple so it was matching.
You have to apply the shadow from inner corner to outer corner of your eyelids. No need to apply any shade on your brow bone but you can use a very light one if you want.
Take your mascara and use only one coat for your lashes. First upper lashes then lower lashes. It will be better if you have transparent mascara.

I have used Loreal Extra volume mascara.
3-Cheeks-
No need to apply blush on your cheeks. Sometimes our own skin glows without the blush.
I haven’t used any blush here.
4-Lips-
Only natural and light color lip gloss is what you need. Apply and press your lips over one another. You can choose natural shades from Revlon, Lakme, Maybelline, Mac, Loreal, Colorbar or any other.
I have used Colorbar transparent lip gloss.

Now brush your hair and leave it loose. Don’t tie, take your purse, wear your shoes and you are completely ready to go out anywhere. Come out from your room with a lovely smile and go with your partner. Don’t forget to look at your partner’s face who would be surprised to see you ready so soon.
Hey, where are you going Madam?
At least you should say thanks to me. Hahaha:))

Chambor Enriched Rivitalizing Makeup(liquid foundation)

Hello everyone,

Hope you all had a great weekend!!! And all set for Diwali....Wish you all a very Happy Diwali in advance.

Foundations are a must in a makeup kit and no makeup is done without using foundations…Isn’t it?

Today I'm gonna review the Chambor liquid foundation.

What it claims: A lightweight and bendable foundation which helps to restore skin firmness and fight free radicals. This moisture- rich creamy formula modifies visible signs of aging and stay put for a radiant look all day long. Dermatologist tested.

My experience-

I must say it is all so true.

This is the best foundation I have ever used….I’ve tried many brands but this is better than all. It’s got SPF 18 which is very good.
The formula is not too creamy and it’s very light weighted. Gives a matte look. The shade matches my skin complexion perfectly and it is highly bendable. Lasts for the whole day and it is even better than Chambor’s stick foundation.

The pump up bottle is very comfortable. The long SPF protects my skin from sun damage and I love all products which protect my skin.

Price: Rs 800- 850.

The price is reasonable and this is my second bottle. It gives perfect moisture and is great for normal, dry and even oily skin.

                                                                              before
It has a lovely fragrance!! The foundation exactly matched my skin tone.Gives a perfect glow to my skin leaving it flawless and radiant. The glow can be seen on the skin clearly.I need a very light touch of compact powder in summer and monsoon but in winter it can be used without any compact. The coverage is amazing.I love this foundation.

                                                                               after
These days I’ve heard a lot about Revlon Colorstay foundation so really wanna try it out too and I’m even eyeing Mac studio fix….but I'll have to think some time about changing this lovely foundation from any other foundation.
Will I purchase it again? Of course yes. I'll have been trying other brands also but this will be my favorite till I don't get a better foundation than it.
So ladies which foundations do you use and which ones are your faves?? Have you used this foundation and what is your experience with this product?

EOTD & FOTD (Requested by my lovely readers)

Hi pretty and lovely ladies
Hope you all are happy at your places. Some times it feels strange and amazing that we all bloggers who belong to so many different continents and countries but are all together in our  world of blogging. Our feelings, our happiness and our passion are all attached with each other. Really it's only possible because of Internet and blogging. Isn’t it?
Anyways today I’m here with a new activity and it's all for you because you guys insisted me do this look. So here I have tried my new Maybelline Seashore palette on my eyes.
I have chosen only two shades with a golden one.
I took the blue shade for the inner corner of my eyelid then applied some golden shade and green shade on the outer corner of my eye lids.
I blended them with my Vega eyeshadow brush and applied black eyeliner.
I applied green shadow on the half of my lower lid and blue on the other half and then applied mascara.
When I had bought this shadow, I was not completely satisfied and didn't know that it will give me such a great result.
Products used (eyes):
Chambor stick foundation in place of primer
Maybelline Seashore frost Quad
Lakme Desert Rose Quad (only golden)
Revlon eyeliner- Black Beauty
Loreal Extra Volume Collagene Water proof
Revlon false lashes
Vega eye shadow brush
Face:
Chambor liquid foundation
Colorbar Cosmic Rose blusher
Revlon compact powder
Lips:
Colorbar+ Street Wear gloss(mixed)
Colorbar lip liner- Politely pink
Now after this look I'm completely satisfied with this product and very happy with it. But…but  but..the satisfaction will only be complete if you guys would like it. So I’m very keen to know that what do you think about this look.
Hope you all like it.

FORGET ABOUT LIQUID FOUNDATIONS-TRY SOMETHING NEW......

Hey ladies,
Sorry for late posting, I was too busy this week and believe me I didn't get even 1 hour to switch on to blogging. We were doing some shifting and construction work was going on and bla bla bla........
Anyways, thank God that it's all over now.So here I am with a very interesting product. Two days before I went to the market with an intention to do turn up home with some new makeup products. My liquid foundation had almost finished so I went to buy a new one. I asked the sales girl for something new and this is what she gave me.As you all can see that this thing is in the shape of a stick and that is what it is.It's the new Chambor Refreshing Stick Foundation 01 cool maple.

  • It is oil free and with  SPF 8.
  • It is for all skin types.
  • Contains Orange Extract, rich Vitamin C and essential oils, with hydrating and anti-oxidant benefits.
  • It glides on effortlessly providing versatile coverage and a long lasting natural finish.
I've just used it twice and found it to be great.I found it to be better than Loreal Roll On True Match because the latter  can only be applied very nicely with skilled hands whereas this stick is very easy to use and apply (in my opinion).
  • Just dab on.
  • Blend with your fingers and then close well.
It is so safely packed with another plastic lid over it.

It does not contain any shine and one will not even need a compact powder over it. It smudges into the skin and the finishing is amazing.

It feels weightless on my skin as if I'm totally without make-up.
You can use it for three years.Of course I'm not gonna use it for so long as it'll surely finish before that or I'll be bored with it. Ha Ha...
COST: Rs 825 for 7g.

This thing is really fabulous and every time I'm gonna buy it (until and unless a new product  comes). So ladies try it yourself and tell me about your experience with new Chambor Refreshing Stick foundation....
