Pastel love!! {NOTD}

I really love pastel shades for summers be it clothes or nail paints for that matter...they look soo cool & just perfect for this season!

I recently bought a few pastel shades nail colors & one of the,m was this Colorbar Nail lacquer in 15 from it's Exclusive range which is a lovely pastel green\blue shade. Although I'm not much impressed by the texture of this polish because, it doesn't give a very good & glossy finish but still for the quantity & price they are pretty good & worth buying!

Weight
9ml

Price

Rs 150

Have you tried Colorbar Nail lacquers?? I'm surely gonna get a few more shades this summer :)

My christmas look!

Hello dear ladies and my beautiful readers,

I hope you all are fine and would be busy in the preparations for coming festival. Many of my readers asked me to post a Christmas look. I have some Christian friends living nearby, they have invited me to the parties but unfortunately I had to refuse their invitations. As you know the month of Muharram is going on. After my last post of Muharram i came to know that unfortunately most of my readers are not aware about this month. I think we all should know about every religion, this will surely bring us closer. This is very necessary for a true globalization.

Anyways, I should explain some thing about this month. Ladies, as you know that it is a sad occasion and this is continue about 2 month and during these days we keep away from all kinds of makeup and jewelery and even colorful dresses like red, yellow etc. we don't participate in any of the functions, party or any kind of occasion. My friends understood it so they didn't insist me.
But I love my readers and respect their wishes so I had prepared a post for Christmas look before Muharram and I'm very happy that I'm able to keep my reader's request because being a blogger it's my duty to help my readers.

So this is the look for Christmas. I love to apply gold eye shadow on any festival occasion. My sweater was black so i mixed black shadow with gold.
I have applied dark sparkling shade on my lips. Check it out and hope you like it:))

A QUICK LOOK JUST IN 10 MIN & I'M READY TO GO OUT!!

Some times it happens that we are in hurry not too well but suddenly we are insisted to go out somewhere by our brothers and sisters, our boy friends or hubby. We can’t refuse them but the question is what to do when we do not have much time to ready ourselves.
I know this moment often comes in your life. What do you do then? Either you go in a simple look or you take much time for yourself and listen to some unpleasant comments for it.
But next time when you face that moment you can pick some tips from here for your preparation. Believe me it will take only 10 minutes and you can get a simple but nice look.

For more advice on how to create a simple but nice look, you can look through this list of online colleges to find the right cosmetology degree for you.

10 minute look-
1-at first wash your face, wipe it and apply some moisturizer if you need. Take any stick foundation or compact which contains foundation in it. You can use Colorbar compact, Lakme magic, Mac compact plus foundation, Loreal roll on or Chambor stick foundation.
I have used here Chambor stick foundation. You need only 1 or ½ min for it.
2- Eyes
You have to spend some time for your eyes but maximum 5 min. Take any shadow palette choose a shade according to your dress. Now apply very lightly because we don’t need dark shade. You can take Maybelline palette, Chambor trio, Mac single color shadow, Lakme quartet, Rimmel trio or any other brand.
Here I have used Maybelline lilac shades and my dress was purple so it was matching.
You have to apply the shadow from inner corner to outer corner of your eyelids. No need to apply any shade on your brow bone but you can use a very light one if you want.
Take your mascara and use only one coat for your lashes. First upper lashes then lower lashes. It will be better if you have transparent mascara.

I have used Loreal Extra volume mascara.
3-Cheeks-
No need to apply blush on your cheeks. Sometimes our own skin glows without the blush.
I haven’t used any blush here.
4-Lips-
Only natural and light color lip gloss is what you need. Apply and press your lips over one another. You can choose natural shades from Revlon, Lakme, Maybelline, Mac, Loreal, Colorbar or any other.
I have used Colorbar transparent lip gloss.

Now brush your hair and leave it loose. Don’t tie, take your purse, wear your shoes and you are completely ready to go out anywhere. Come out from your room with a lovely smile and go with your partner. Don’t forget to look at your partner’s face who would be surprised to see you ready so soon.
Hey, where are you going Madam?
At least you should say thanks to me. Hahaha:))

Colorbar eyshadow quad- Review and swatches

Hi guys!!!!

Hope everything  and everyone is well....And guess you all had a lovely weekend. And yeah happy belated Dussehra to all my Indian readers.

So today I'm here with this Colorbar Shimmer bar eyeshadow+blusher quad. It has four shades in shimmery bronze.

Price: Rs 875 ( $19)

I've used a number of Colorbar lipsticks and glosses but this was the second eyeshadow I'd bought from this brand. the first one was fairly good but not fantastic but this one attracted me a lot as  I love using bronze shades.

What the product claims-An exclusive highlighter , this brush -on -powder can be used wet or dry to create a metallic glow.Bronze shimmer Bar will accentuate your facial contours to bring out the best in you.You can use it as an eye shadow, a lip color or a bronzer. It's a perfect match with neutral and deep blush shades and stays for more than six hours.

I hadn't expected this one to give me such fantastic results. All the shades are so pigmented and dark and the best part is that they can be used as a blusher and lip color too.

So as you can see the first shade is totally a copper brown shade. A dark one.

The second one is a mix of golden and copper....A lovely color!!

The third one is shimmery light brown with a bit silver in it. Maybe it's not showing up well here.

The last one is a mix of silver and a little gold in it...And i love this shade.

All these shades show up really well and I would recommend all my readers to buy this and believe me you won't get disappointed. The price is worth the product as it is a multipurpose palette- eyes, lips and cheeks. On the cheeks it's effect is truly amazing!!!You can get beautiful cheeks like Katrina Kaif and Rachel Weisz...haha!!!

I'll surely buy the other shades of this range.

So guys has anyone of you tried this quad or any other shade??? Plz tell me as I'll be going out to buy some cosmetics very soon. I'll love to hear from you people.

So ladies goodbye for now and enjoy the week!!!!

COLORBAR LIPSTICK IN TWIN PINK: Review, swatches and LOTD.

Hi lovelies!!!

So here I'm back again. I'm feeling great and the weather here is getting quite cold coz winter is setting in.

Anyways today's review is all about Colorbar Lip color in Twin pink 003

Price: Rs 200- 250 I don't remember clearly.

I bought this lippie just about 1 and a half months ago. At that time nude pink was in great demand. So I went to buy one for myself....But when I saw this one it really attracted me so I bought it. Even this shade is similar to the nude one.

Sorry it's a bit messed up:

LIKES:

This is a lovely baby pink shade.

The packaging is nice.

It's not very light or very dark and that's the best point in this. Shows up clearly.

Lasts long for about 6 hours.

I don't feel heavy at all after applying it.

The price is worth the product.

DISLIKE:

You may have to use it again after 5-6 hours. But that's not the problem with me as I hardly need for 3-4 hours.

Here's the swatch:

WILL I PURCHASE IT AGAIN: yeah sure....because I already have many from his range. So next time surely another shade.

WILL I RECOMMEND THIS: Yes I would say that even you guys should try it.

This is what it looked like:

RATE IT:  I give it a 4/5. What about you???

I blended them with my Vega eyeshadow brush and applied black eyeliner.
I applied green shadow on the half of my lower lid and blue on the other half and then applied mascara.
When I had bought this shadow, I was not completely satisfied and didn't know that it will give me such a great result.

Colorbar Star Shine lip glosses and another Blog Award!!!

Hey beauties,

Would you all like to check out two lovely lip glosses from Colorbar??? I love these shades.....They're very cute ones.

Both of them are from Colorbar Star Shine range which cost me Rs 125 each.

So here we go.....

This first one's Crystalizer 002 which is a very lovely shade. It's light baby pink in color. I use this color on many outfits. I even have a natural pink with me but this one is a little dark than natural.

Here it is:

Next we come on to Jewel Bright 003. This color seems to be quite dark but actually it's kinda light red shade. First when I saw it I thought it to be really a dark shade but on trying it the shade looked really different.

Here's this one(sorry guys this one is not very clear):

And guess what? These shades are really soft on applying and if you apply it's transparent and natural shades or even Crystalizer it acts as a moisturizer on the lips and you even get a shimmery look on your lips.

So guys has anyone of you tried this range? If yes, what are your views on it. If no, guess you should try it now. Very reasonable price for a lovely thing like this. Which shade did you like the best??? Which lipglosses do you like the best??

ColorBar's Perfect Gloss range-Review

Hey beauties.....what's up?

I'm really very very happy to get 80 followers. I'm actually jumping to and fro the room filled with happiness and excitement.

How about knowing about a lovely glossy shade. This shade from ColorBar's Perfect Gloss range is 002 Sweet Dreams.

It seems as if it is kind of a creamy pinkish purple shade but actually it is baby pink and is very light which suits me well. I bought it just about 2-3 months ago as a daily use product (about three days in a week).

It's kind of a natural pink and sometimes it feels that I am with my natural lips only.

As a daily use product it should actually be light only even for the working ladies who need to wear lip color every day. Here is the swatch....

The packing is good and it's quite comfortable on applying.

I love it's fragrance too...

It costs only Rs 125 for 6 ml and I've used many from this range.

This is how it looks on applying it.....(above).
