L'Oreal Paris Super Liner Carbon Gloss Eyeliner: Review & EOTD

I always love to apply liquid eyeliner on my eyes as I'm not very fond of kohl and gel eyeliners. I have some great liquid eyeliners from Revlon, Mac, Sleek, NYX, Ellis Faas and Rouge Bunny Rouge. Recently I got a chance to try out the new L'Oreal Paris Super Liner Carbon Gloss Eyeliner from their new sunset collection of which my readers had caught a preview on my blog  a few days back. After using it on some occasions and in some makeup looks, I'm completely ready to write a detailed review for my readers.

Sleek Makeup Dip-It eyeliner- Review, swatches

I have used many products, from lipstick to eye shadow palettes from Sleek Makeup but this time I want to try something new so I chose the Sleek Makeup Dip-It Eyeliner. I wanted a black liquid eye liner which I can apply on my eyes in an easy way. I tried some gel eyeliners too but to be honest I've always loved to use liquid liners rather than gel ones.

 Sleek Dip It liquid eyeliner comes in a fabulous packaging. As the name suggests, this is one of those eyeliners with a little pot full of liquid liner and a separate brush that you dip into it. The black pot looks beautiful on my dressing table, it's very light weight & cute!

The brush in this is pretty nice; it has a really nice sharp tip, so you can make really subtle thin lines if you want, or slightly broader ones by holding the brush at a different angle. Honestly speaking, it's actually more like one of those felt tip ends without separate hairs or fibers. If you are not much experienced in using liquid liner, you always hesitate to apply it in fear to be shaky application but with this sharp tip brush you can apply your liner in an easy way. I really like the extra stability that the solid end gives me.

The product itself seems quite liquid at first, but when you apply it on your eyes, you can notice that it's actually very pigmented and not blotchy at all. It dries to a matte finish which I really love. It does not rub off easily.

I'm very happy with its true blackness, I really love the effect which I get after applying it on my eyes. 

Overall I am very impressed with this product and pleased with my decision to pick it, It's definitely a perfect liquid eyeliner which can be used easily by beginners of makeup.

 I would recommend it to anyone who likes a matte, easy to apply eyeliner.

In the mirror of my own experience

Liquid liners are a must-have in my makeup kit as I prefer using them over kohl pencils. Till now my favorite liners had been RBR Quartz eyeliner  & Revlon Colorstay liquid liner but now another name can be associated with these. MyFace Slinky eyeliner is completely matte & very deep black in color, with just 1-2 swipes you can get the required result. The texture is very smooth & it glides on so well on the eyes & enable us to make lines without much effort or problem. It's applicator is also very flexible & making lines with it quite easy & under control. Precise designs can be obtained quite easily & quickly. It's consistency is just perfect, neither too thick, nor too thin or watery, just even & smooth lines! It also lasts long without smudging or flaking. 

Good Points

Lovely white packaging!

The beautiful matte texture is really good & the shade is also a very deep intense black.

You can get smooth & even lines effortlessly in just a swipe or two.

Very pigmented.

Perfect consistency.

The product is very reasonably priced!

Bad points

Not available in india, but can be purchased online.

It's not waterproof, with which I have no problems, but some might prefer waterproof ones.

Finally..

Overall, it's a lovely eyeliner & a great option to choose if you're in search of a liquid liner. I've never used such a deep matte liner, so I'm very satisfied with it!

Revlon Colorstay liquid eyeliner-Review, Swatches&pics

You can call me a big Revlon fan,and if you’re a regular reader of COB you would surely have noticed a great lot of Revlon cosmetics in my makeup looks. But I had never tried its liquid eyeliner because I was quite satisfied with my Colorbar and Loreal eyeliners. Eyeliners are an essential part of makeup, especially for me!! In my opinion, my eyes can not become much noticeable without eyeliner. I don’t like applying kohl and I prefer eyeliners. Whenever I do makeup an eyeliner on the eyes is the must for me.

Anyways let's come to the point guys and today I’m reviewing my favorite liquid eyeliner: Revlon Colorstay Liquid Liner-Black Beauty which has become an essential part of my makeup kit.
