Hey everyone,
I'm here with The Body Shop Hemp Hand Protector Cream. You all know that The Body Shop supports local community trade and cruelty-free products. Among the famous ones is the Hemp oil. 'Enrich Not Exploit' is their new campaign for which The Body Shop has introduced a new limited edition packaging of their best selling Hemp Hand Protector. It's designed by well-known street artist EINE.
CHANGE
The message of this re-design is "change" and The Body Shop are promoting this in two ways. For every purchase of the limited-edition Hemp Hand Protector, £1.50 will be donated to The Body Shop Foundation, which works to protect three causes: animals and people, the planet and the oceans. When you buy one of these special products, you'll be given the opportunity to vote for which cause is closest to your heart then, after the promotion, the funds raised will be split in proportion to the votes. I really admire them for this good cause. The body Shop gave me a chance to try Hemp Hand Protector. I have used their other hand creams but not this one. This hand cream is one of their bestseller but it's been given a lmited edition makeover by EINE.

Ingredients
In the mirror of my own experience
The cream comes in a metallic tube with a black screw cap. In the new LM packaging, you can see the bright colors on the top of the tube that looks attractive. The tube is a bit heavy and bulky and due to sharp corners at the shrimp keeping it in the handbag is a bit inconvenient. Gradually as the cream will get used up it will become difficult to extract thei it out of the tube. It may develop several cut holes so one should be careful while squeezing.
The cream is light green in colour. The consistency is a bit thick that is perfect for massaging hands, neither too heavy nor too runny.
The smell of the Hemp hand cream is not pleasant at all. It has some kind of a medicinal smell that I don't like. For sensitive noses, it may be bothersome.
Usually, I apply this cream at night before going to bed. I take a pea size amount of the cream for massaging my hands. It gets absorb after massaging not too quickly that I love. The cream sinks into the skin gradually and absorbs thoroughly. It doesn't leave a greasy trail behind. The skin feels moist and hydrated after each application. The next morning you I get my hands soft and supple. I have seen clear effect on my hands in just two weeks. It reduced the dryness and hydrated the skin well. I'm sure the long and continue use will give more pleasant effect. The best part of this cream is that it can be used in every season even in summer/monsoon as it never feel greasy like other hand creams.

Finally...
Overall, I love The Body Shop Hemp Hand Protector Cream. I'm really happy with the result of it on my hands. I have some complaints with it like the packaging, medicinal smell and the high cost. Other than that, it's an impressive hand cream that I want to use continuously. It's great for dry and rough skin. Can be used for the whole year. If you have oily skin, you should use it in the winters. Highly recommended!
