Rouge Bunny Rouge eyeshadow keeper & eyeshadow refills- review, swatches, EOTD

When Rouge Bunny Rouge had announced to release their much awaited refillable palettes, my readers are very excited to see its review on COB but I couldn't do it due to some problems and I want to apologize for ...but now I'm very happy to write its review for you.
I want to write some details about these much anticipated RBR refillable palettes that released some time ago . They come in both a duo (£14) & trio (£16) Eye Shadow Keepers. Along with the palettes launch was the release of refill pans (£17 each), six new shades and three best-selling colors in the Long-lasting Eye Shadow formula.
The keepers are sleek and streamlined and adorned with the whimsical RBR imagery. The palettes have a magnet so the shadows fit in securely. The Keeper Refills come with black paper packaging, and I personally adore the gorgeous drawing. It’s romantic like all RBR products packaging.

Here is the currant refill shade line up with the RBR colour descriptions:
New Colours:
Lilac Reef Curassow - Pale lilac with iridescent effect
Trumpeter Koel - Dark lead-grey with lilac-blue iridescence
Bohemian Waxwing - Iridescent bronzed champagne
Olive Violeteare - Smoky olive with satin finish
Golden Rhea - Iridescent pale gold.
Umber Firefinch - Iridescent dark umber chocolate
Bestselling Shadows:
Unforgetable Oriole - Delicate, metallic white gold
Solstice Halcyon - Semi-matt mauve beige
Abyssinian Catbird - Metallic bronze with golden highlights

I picked the due eye shadow keeper and chose two lovely color eye shadow refills, first BNIB Olive Violetear and the second Abyssinian Catbird. Both are very pretty colors but quite different in their nature.

BNIB Olive Violetear

Olive Violeteare  is a smokey olive as RBR describes, its not harsh and makes a really pretty crease/outer V color. The shade is perfect for daily use especially for office.
The texture is extremely silky and it spread out on the skin so evenly. I didn't notice any fallout at all. It blends on the lid very smoothly. To see its color I didn't expect such pigmentation, I need just two or three touch to find the right color.  I would love to wear it alone and with other shadow again and again.

Abyssinian Catbird

Abyssinian Catbird can best be described as a medium-to-dark warm copper with a golden sheen and green flash. Not only is the shade itself immensely intricate, the quality is also top-notch.I have no word to describe its extremely buttery texture. It is incredibly smooth, but not crumbly at all and you will not experience any fallout. It goes on like a dream and blend magically. I think you barely need to do it even when you want to wear this shade all over your lids. The edges practically blend themselves out! Isn't it magical?

Both shadows are long lasting like other RBR shadows. You are free for a whole day look after wearing them over RBR base but if you are not using a base, you should not worry because these shadows show up easily on the lids even without any primer.
Finally, I'm just fascinated with both RBR shadows and very happy that now I can buy these shadows refills without spending extra money for shadow case. Rouge Bunny Rouge is a super luxurious brand and everyone can't buy it easily but after this freedom system more people will be able to reach it. I'll appreciate this step of RBR. I hope they will come with more and more shades in future.
