Just follow the tips which I am going to list in this article.
Before treatment, you need to know you actually have a dandruff problem. Sometimes we actually have dry scalp that is quite different from dandruff. Actually, when your scalp sheds out its dead scales in excess, you will notice prominent snowflakes dropping from your head. This is exactly called, “Dandruff”. There are two major reasons behind dandruff
1- dryness of scalp
2- excess oil in scalp

Tea Tree Oil Treatment

Tea Tree oil is the best remedy to get rid dandruff. The oil extracted from those leaves have fungicidal properties and it is overall soothing to the skin, especially when it is sore or itchy. Infact continuous use can make you hair permanently dandruff free. 

You Need

One tablespoon of tea tree oil
One cup of warm water 
A spray bottle

How to use

Pour 1 cup of warm water in the spray bottle and then one tablespoon of tea tree oil. Shake well. Whenever you shampoo your hair, spray the mixture all over your hair. Massage gently and leave it for 2 minutes. Don't wash it.
You can apply tea tree oil directly on the scalp. It's a wonderful treatment to get rid of dandruff.


Asprin Pills Treatment

Aspirin works great for dandruff. It's an easy treatment that you can try for this problem because it has salicylate”, which is a very active ingredient to treat dandruff. Moreover, most of the antidandruff shampoos manufactured are incomplete without salicylic acid.

You Need

Two white Aspirin pills
Shampoo

How to use

Crush Aspirin Tablets into a fine powder and add it to your regular shampoo to wash your hair. Keep it in your hair for 2 minutes before rinsing. 
It's definitely an easy way to treat this problem.

Baking Soda Treatment

Baking soda reduces overactive fungi that can cause dandruff. It is a mild scrub that helps remove dead skin. 

You Need

One tablespoon of Baking Soda
Shampoo

How to use

Add 1 tablespoon of baking soda to your shampoo and apply on your hair usually. Massage gently and wash as usual. It helps remove dead skin and to help to the scalp begin to produce natural oil.
 Do this for a few days and you can see the desired results soon.


Neem Leaves Treatment

Neem leaves are the oldest remedy for dandruff. they act as an antifungal as well, inhibiting the over-growth of dandruff causing fungus and Their properties relieve itching.  

You Need

Two handful of neem leaves
5 cups of hot water

How to use

Add neem leaves to 5 cups of hot water and leave it for a whole night. The next morning strain the water. Use it to rinse the hair. You can also use it as a mask by making a paste of neem leaves and apply it on your scalp for 30 minutes then wash off.
It's a wonderful treatment for dandruff that can work great if use continuously. 

Lemon Treatment

Lemons naturally have anti-fungal properties and this is the reason why it is often used in home remedies.

You Need

Few drops of lemon
Coconut or olive oil(warm)

How to use

Add few drops of lemon in warm coconut or olive oil and mix it thoroughly. Apply this mixture directly on your scalp. Massage gently. Keep it for 20 to 30 minutes and shampoo the hair.
It's also very easy and effective treatment for dandruff.
