The Body Shop Moisture White Shiso 2 in 1 Brightening Eye Cream comes in a petite, travel-friendly squeezy tube with a screw-on cap and a metal applicator that is contoured well to spread the cream on the under-eye area. You squeeze out some product and apply it onto the skin, and then massage it into the area with the metallic massager head. The metal generally remains cool, and helps soothe the skin around the eyes while helping the cream get absorbed into the skin. Sometimes I use my last finger to apply this cream and massage the under eye areas very gently.You should wipe the massager head clean with a tissue before keeping the tube back.

Texture

The texture of this cream is more of a light, lotion-like texture than the thick cream texture. It's very hydrating and gets easily absorbed, it moisturizes my dry under eye skin without making it very greasy. On a very close look, I could see some very fine shimmer particles in the cream, which are not visible as such,These tiny shimmers doesn't look obvious on the skin around the eyes and the shimmers do help to brighten up the whole eyes area a bit.

Application & Effect

I have been using The Body Shop Moisture White Shiso 2 in 1 Brightening Eye Cream for 15 days.I apply it after cleansing and toning my skin. As I said before, apply it onto the skin, and then massage it in the desired area with the metallic massager head.This cream is very hydrating and instantly brightens the area when applied giving a soothing effect. In just 15 days, I noticed that it makes my fine lines appear less noticeable. I've never had any dark circles problem so can't comment on that aspect but as mentioned above, due to a number of sleepless nights, I'm always suffering from the bad puffiness around my eye areas. My eyes look tired in the morning. This cream does give me the illusion of having slept well, My under eye area looks hydrated, moisturized, more toned and younger. I'm loving the skin around my eyes these days. The applicator gives a cooling sensation. It helps reduce the puffiness too.

Good points

Very very hygienic and travel friendly packaging.
The metal applicator is very helpful and feels soothing while applying the cream.
The texture is perfect and moisturize well.
It gives instant brighten effect to the eye area.
It hydrates and tones the skin around the eyes.
Reduces puffiness and gives a fresh and younger effect to the skin.
It is fragrance free and paraben free.

Bad points

The fine lines have reduced but haven't disappeared completely but I'm still hopeful because I have used the cream for just 15 days.
Oh, the price...it's very expensive. Sigh. but since you need just a little quantity, it would last for at least 2-3 months.

Finally...

Finally, I must say that it's a great eye cream with hydrating and moisturising properties. It helps soothe and brighten the eye area, and keeps it moisturised and fresh. It brightens the skin around eyes and reduces puffiness. I'm sure that it can work wonders with dark circles too if you use it patiently for a long time with because dark circle take considerable amount of time to disappear. You don’t expect miracles for genetic dark circles though. I'm very happy to see the effect of this cream. I want to buy it again and again. Yes, it's expensive but the effect and results have made it a must have product!
