I chose Turkish Rose which is a rosy nude shade or can also be described as dirty pinkish shade which comes up well on fair & medium skin tones.

How to use

Apply over liquid or crème based product, can be used on the lips for a beautiful wash of colour, apply to the "apples" of the cheeks (the fatty part of the cheek where it is possible to pinch the flesh and where you would blush naturally).

In the mirror of my own experience

There are a number of shades available, & i decided to go for something natural & nude; Turkish Rose being the perfect one for this purpose! Just like my Too Faced Full bloom lip cheek creme this can also be used as a creme blush as well as a lip color! I really love such multipurpose products & that too of an amazing brand like Becca!

Packaging

The case consists of a metallic centre & the outer side is of dark brown color. The blush is a small one but due to the metallic center is a bit heavy as compared to other blushes like Too Faced, Mac, Bourjouis etc.
The packaging is quite unique but not very beautiful. Inside we find a mirror and the blush.

Texture

The texture is really smooth & soft. It blends very easily & gives a beautiful flush to the cheeks! Has a satin effect which can be felt only when you touch it once!

Pigmentation

Stands true to it's claim as it's very pigmented & very little amount is required to get the right shade!

Application

I prefer applying this with my finger rather than a brush. For quick application just dab on a little amount onto your cheeks & blend it with your fingers!

Lasting power

being a cream blush it stays on for around 4 hours but you can increase the lasting power by applying it over a base or using some setting powder on top.

Good points

A pretty good variety of shades available.
Highly pigmented.
Has a beautiful texture & blends properly.
A lovely shade for fair skin tones & even for medium ones.
Impressive lasting power.

Bad points

The packaging is not very attractive.
The quantity is very less keeping the price in mind.

Finally...

Overall, its an impressive product with all the basic & necessary qualities! I would love to try some more shades as they all look great!!! No wonder, this is an award winning product :)

Today I'm going to write about a luxury brand Becca Cosmetic.Becca is one of those luxury brands that I love to lust after but it does have a heavy price tag to match.It's my first chance to try it out. I have read many excellent things about their products but never got opportunity to try them out. Today I'm happy to write about one of my favorite brand.

How to use

Apply directly to lips from tube or apply using BECCA Lip Brush #20 for long-lasting wear
Line and fill in lips with BECCA Nude Liner, then apply a wash of BECCA Sheer Tint Lip Colour
For added shine, top BECCA Sheer Tint Lip Colour with BECCA Glossy Lip Tint

In the mirror of my own experience

I applied it on my lips and the first application described its smoothness and intensity which one can only find in some high brand lipsticks. After applying it I just love its finish and effect.

Packaging

Becca Sheer Tint Color comes in a heavy metal tube. "Becca" is stamped on the end of the cap, which screws on securely.

First of all I have to say that I really love the simple and elegant design of this lipstick which is a purse-friendly too. It  ”twists and locks” so it doesn’t open in your bag.It's a very swish, very glam silver lipstick tube which feels heavy.You can easily search it in your purse.

Texture

The texture of this lip tint is very lightweight and  so velvety and silky that you even feel only touching with your fingers.It feels light weight on the skin like feather.
the lipstick itself gives a very beautiful light coverage, and as the name suggests it reminds me of a tint. It gives enough of  colour but doesn’t feel heavy. The texture is lovely and it
looks beautiful even if your lips are not in the best condition.

 

Pigmentation

The pigmentation is just perfect for that 'flushed' look and the  color is buildable too. Only one or two swipes is enough to get the color. It's highly wearable and I can feel the quality in the product.It's a sheer formula but offers nice, even and beautiful  high coverage.

Application

I can say that the coverage varies between sheer and medium, depending on the way you apply them on your lips. If you apply just one or two swipe the effect will be quite light and natural but if you want high coverage you'll find it after 4 or five swipes.

Effect

The effect and finish, as shown on the swatches, is not frosty at all, even It contains no shimmer , but not matte either it leave your lips with a very subtle sheen,

classy enough to please those who dislike intensely any hint of frost on their lips!

I really love how this lipstick looks like on the lips, and this is the reason I'm posting a full face photo with this lipstick.
It has a very lovely cappuccino scent to it which I personally love. It is said that Lip Tint contains Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Honey and other essential fatty acids with natural anti-oxidants so I can use it without worrying for a whole day long.

Lasting power

Despite a sheer formula the lasting power is quite effective. No need to reapply for about 5 - 6 hours and for me it's not bad. If you want more, apply some loose powder on your lips before applying the lipstick and you'll see, this idea will really work.

Though the subtle shine doesn't stay on for very long, the color, however, lasts on your lips for a good few hours, I applied it yesterday and noticed that it lasted 5-6 hours easily on my lips  even it passed my lunch and ice cream test too, without settling into those finer lines. So I can say that it has great lasting power.

Good points

Elegant and beautiful packaging silver, sleek and heavy with a screw top that makes sure the lipstick won't accidentally open.

Awesome formula which is super moisturizing!

It provides creamy color with subtle shine and finish.

 I love the pleasant scent

Gives your lips a beautiful but natural effect. 

Doesn't make my lips dry at all.

Gives a very beautiful coverage and finish.

Long lasting.

Its beneficial ingredient , which is a mix of caramel, vanilla and cocoa butter.making it not just a lipstick but a lip treatment.

Bad points

Unfortunately, these luxury products are expensive, but from my experience so far, it's worth it!

Can melt in the hot & sultry weather so you should keep it in your refrigerator. 

Finally...

As you can see, I like  this product a lot and I wouldn’t mind trying out some other shades such as Valentina,Estella and Yasmina.I really love this lipstick, It gives a lovely finish to my lips and I feel something special after applying it so what more one can want from a lip color.

The most important thing is its advantageous ingredients which make me pleased that I have applied a good quality lipstick which not only beautifies my lips but also gives treatment it.
