Studded neon flats- OOTD

Aqua Blue is an amazingly refreshing colour! It tends to scream summer but you can easily wear it in winters if you own such a top. I got this from Stylemoi a few months back and decided to style it with white denims because I simply love this combination! The top is most suitable to wear in early fall because it provides some warmth. But, you can even wear it in winters by simply putting on a coat or a jacket over it. It has a zip closure at the back that makes it very stylish.

The autumn equinox officially marked the onset of autumn 2015 in the Northern Hemisphere! Autumn is my favourite season after spring because these days we have such a pleasant weather in the valley. Plenty of sunshine & cool wind is what we are getting after 15th of September. By the second week of October, light sweaters, trench coats & jackets will be out. So that is the weather story of my city. I believe jumpers & jackets are already out in many other countries, isn't it?...all I want to say is that- Autumn is HERE!

This transitional season demands tricky dressing up rules according to the unpredictable weather. Full sleeves blouses, light jumpers, trench coats, leather jackets & denim are the major pieces for fall.

Inspired from the 70s- OOTD | How to style Dungarees

The year 2015 has witnessed a comeback of many fabulous fashion trends, especially those inspired from the 70s!  Today's OOTD features two of those fashion trends that have made a major comeback- Denim dungarees & Bell sleeves blouse.

As for denim overalls, they are even associated with the fashion of 90s, but in this post, let's stick to the 70s.

Coming on to this look, I finally found myself, the perfect pair of denim dungarees & I'm so glad that it suits my height & fits beautifully! It is very reasonably priced at Stylemoi, and no compromises on the quality. I paired it with a chic white blouse which has the most beautiful lace, bell sleeves. I'm absolutely loving this retro inspired blouse and will be wearing it in many more OOTDs! Monochrome Vibes in a Midi dress- OOTD | Summer fashion trends

Can things get any classier than Monochrome? No, not in this decade at least! Black and white combination has its unique elegance and charm which no other combination can offer. I have put together a number of OOTDs in the past based on the monochrome theme and today's outfit too follows the same combination, in a, however, entirely different way!

Today's OOTD features this gorgeous peplum midi dress from The Shopper's Closet. They have an eye-catching collection of some of the best maxi dresses, tops etc that I have seen online. The items are limited but best in quality (I can say that after my experience). This dress is from the brand RARE COLLECT which is available on their website. It has a beautiful hour glass silhouette which has a very comfortable fit.

Fashion trends 2015- Metallic Flash tattoos | Stylemoi Giveaway

2015 has seen a major major evolution in fashion trends! One of the many trends that have been spotted this year is the sexy metallic flash tattoos! They come in the best of colours- golden & silver and are no less attractive than real jewellery itself! 

Infact, girls have started to prefer these over jewellery, thanks to the marvellous designs available all over the world & some of our favourite celeb fashionistas!

This is the first time that I tried on these jewellery-like-tattoos and I was pleased to see that the metallic wrap-around strips looked remarkably real.

Styling an oversized floral top/dress- OOTD

As mid-August passes by, we all know that autumn is not too far away. So while I am eagerly looking forward to it, I would like to share my latest OOTD with you all which has the essence of Autumn in it (and something of spring/summer as well).

A couple of days back I decided to put on this beautiful oversized top from Dresslink. It's a fabulous piece owing to the lovely roses printed on it and the amazing material quality of the cloth.

Oversized tops/dresses are highly versatile. They can be styled in a number of ways like for those who wear mini lengths, can simply put this on as a dress (oh by the way, the store calls it a dress) Others can pair it with denims for a smart street style look and I decided to pair it with my favorite closet piece- a pencil skirt!

Comfortably Casual-OOTD | Styling a leather jacket

Comfortable and casual usually go hand in hand, and there are numerous ways of dressing up that way. I have posted a number of OOTDs titled "Casual" in some way or the other, because that's the way you will catch me every other way. In today's post I have styled this lovely pastel blue leather jacket with comfortable animal print pants and a basic black tee.

Beat the Monday blues in a powder blue leather jacket, I got mine from Stylemoi. Oh yes, I was lucky enough to grab two essential leather jackets, one in blush pink ( Check HERE) and the other, this powder blue one, from StyleMoi. The quilted style with a soft matte look makes it a closet essential right away.

I completed this look with comfortable strappy sandals and a cross body bag.

Delayed pastels- OOTD

Yes, I know it's June and I shouldn't be walking around in a leather jacket or any jacket for that matter- but the thing is that I wasn't! These clicks are a month old and, unfortunately, I couldn't get the right time to post them due to various other commitments. Well, this isn't the ideal time either but never mind. This post is in collaboration with Stylemoi, a fabulous online store, with even more fabulous designs (Check HERE) April and the beginning of May were perfect to put on a leather jacket here. That is when I styled this beautiful newbie over a mint green dress with some not-so-casual hairdo and makeup.

Ever since I've entered the world of fashion blogging, an attempt to bring in elegance and simplicity in my looks has been my first priority. And of course, with so many fashion icons around the world, this hasn't been too tough a task! 

But then, a few edgy and sassy pieces now and then won't hurt anyway (I know, I'm sounding very paradoxical now)

So let's just come on to today's OOTD which is nothing but a simple classy combination of white knit and emerald green pencil skirt. (I'm so much into green this winter) 

We are still getting the chills out here but it feels much more like spring now so this kind of outfit will be perfect for a day out. It's more of a semi formal look that you can readily put on for a workplace as well!

I really love the side zip detail in this skirt. It's very comfortable, reasonably priced without compromising on the quality, that's what I love about StyleMoi!
The sweater is a light one, suitable for the weather these days but in winters you will obviously have to layer it with a nice warm coat. The heart design gives it a very chic look, I would love to pair it with a pink tulle skirt for a beautiful romantic getup!
