Packaging
Maybelline White Superfresh 12HR Whitening + Perfecting Compact comes in a white outer box with the blue design that looks very pleasant and refreshing. Inside the box, we find a white container with the brand name written over it. Inside the container, we find a puff and a wide mirror. I love the puff how soft and great in quality. I love the packaging, it's simple but cute and perfect for use.
Shade
The compact comes in 3 shades. The shades are Pearl, Shell and Coral. The shade I selected for myself is 'Pearl' and I think it's perfect for my skin tone.
Smell and Texture
The smell is very pleasant and mild. It's a fruity floral smell that gives a refreshing feeling to the mind. The texture is so smooth and silky that glides perfectly on the skin. The shade 'Pearl' is absolutely ideal for my skin tone that I love. The powder blends exactly well with my skin tone and gives it a natural and smooth finish instantly.
Application & Effect
I applied it alone on my face first, & it felt completely soft and silky on the skin and spread very well all over the face. The effect was really great on the skin. It gave a bright and fresh effect to the face. It has given a light and natural coverage to my skin. Well, it's not a high coverage powder but it instantly transforms the look of the skin. It doesn't cover the blemishes and spots of the skin but gives a healthy and bright effect to it. It absorbs sweat and oil from the skin that I love. I have normal skin and I don't sweat much so I can't comment on how much and for how long it controls the oil. I also can't comment of it 12 hours whitening claim.I think Maybelline has brought this compact totally keeping in minds for college girls. It's very pocket-friendly in price and most of girl can buy it easily.
