Today I'm reviewing Rouge Bunny Rouge Long Lasting Duo Silk Aether Cream Eye Shadow that was recently launched by the brand. The duo is called Gossamer Wing and it contains two neutral shades, Atlas Swallowtail (nude taupe) and Brocade Skipper (beige/champagne). I'm not a big fan of cream eye shadows and prefer powder shadow for myself. The reason is the very thin and dry texture of my eyelids. I have always faced a creasing problem by creamy shadows on my lids. But after using Rouge Bunny Rouge Long Lasting Duo Cream Eye Shadow, my opinion has totally changed, at least about this cream eye shadow. Before sharing my experience, I'll write some other details of this cream eye shadow.

Texture
The texture of the shadows is creamy but semi-matt with a little luminous finish. It feels light weight on the skin. The formula is velvety and smooth.

I apply some small dots of shadow by its applicator on the center of my lids, spread and blend it with my finger tip. I don't use brushes. Rouge Bunny Rouge Long Lasting Duo Cream Eye Shadow feels so soft and silky while applying. The best part of these shadows is that there is no creasing at all. The effect is great, they don't dry out and do not give a patchy finish. The edges blend out seamlessly and without any effort.
Lasting power
The wear time of Rouge Bunny Rouge Long Lasting Duo Cream Eye Shadow is wonderful. They last for about 7 hours (without primer) with very little fade. There is no creasing at all that is really amazing. But yes, after a few hours, my eyes lids started to feel dry most probably because of the thin layer of skin that I have over my eyelids.
This effect can prove to be a blessing for those with oily eyelids.

Overall it's a very impressive product from RBR. There is everything in this eye shadow a makeup lover desired from a cream eye shadow. The shades are very natural and give you a natural effect. They apply affortlessly and feel very light weight. The lasting power is amazing so you can apply it all day long without any worries. I'll highly recommend this cream eye shadow duo to all my readers. There are lot of cream eye shadows in the market but Rouge Bunny Rouge Long Lasting Duo Cream Eye Shadow is the best, in my opinion.
