L'Oreal Paris recently released another great addition in their makeup line. L’Oreal Mat Magique All-In-One Matte Transforming Powder, you have seen the first look and all shade swatches in my previous post.

There are 5 shades in this range.

1- N2- Nude Vanilla
2- N6- Nude Honey
3-G1- Vanilla Ivory
4- G2- Golden Ivory
5- G7- Golden Amber

I really love that they provide a number of shades so you’ll find the one that will suit your skin tone. These are almost all the shades that Indian women can be desired. In my last post I had concentrated on the L’Oreal Mat Magique All-In-One Matte Transforming Powder's all five shades. N2- Nude Vanilla is my shade among these.In today's post, I'll go into the details of other aspects of these powders.

The packaging is colorful in a bright pink hard glossy paper outer box. The product comes in a round plastic compact flip open case. It is divided into two sections, the upper section contains the compact and the lower section contains the sponge puff with a full-size, shiny round mirror. The packaging is completely travel-friendly and easy to use.

Shade

I found N2- Nude Vanilla perfect for my skin tone. It has a very light hint of yellow tone that is perfect for myself.

Texture

The texture is silky and smooth. The formula is velvety and blends into the skin like a dream. It's not too powdery and my skin transforms it well on the application.

Application & Coverage

The application is very easy and effortless for me. I apply the powder just after applying a light moisturizer without any primer. I use the sponge sometimes but with a large powder brush, the application becomes easier. It helps conceal your blemishes like pimple marks, dark under-eyes, and uneven skin tone. For extremely visible spots on the face, you can use a concealer. You can use the concealer either before or after, whatever suits you better. I love the effect of this all-in-one powder and also how matte and soft my face looks like when using this powder.

Effect
My skin is normal/dry basically but since 3-4 years I have felt that my skin becomes slightly oily during monsoon. I rarely use foundation these days. I apply a light touch of bb cream or compact powder. After facing a breakout on my face, I gave up using bb cream too. I just need a compact powder that can give me a matte and shine free effect.After getting L’Oreal Mat Magique All-In-One Matte Transforming Powder,I don't need anything else for my face. Whenever I go out a touch of this powder gives me a smooth, matte effect. It doesn't cover all blemishes and spots, but I don't mind that at all because it gives me a natural feeling. I hate a heavy coverage powder and foundation that doesn't let my pores breathe. My outfit shoots are always in an awful hurry due to my busy schedule & for such a time, this powder is proving to be my best buddy! It not only brightens up my complexion but also gives an even look to my skin tone.

Lasting power

Just for testing its lasting power,I applied L’Oreal Mat Magique All-In-One Matte Transforming Powder in the morning when I had to go out somewhere for a whole day. I was glad to see how long lasting this powder is. I can see its effect on my face even after 7-8 hours nad loved how smooth and shine free my face was.

It's also worth-noting that this product also offers SPF 34 PA+++. In a nutshell, SPF means Sun Protection Factor (UVB) and PA is a rating system to show how much protection you are getting against the sun's harmful rays (UVA). More plus (+) signs mean a higher level of UVA protection.

It gives a silky soft, even and matte finish which beautifully blends into the skin. It can be used by both oily and dry skin people. I'll highly recommend it to all my readers and friends. Of course I'll purchase it after finishing this one.
