The extension came in a black box on which the company's name was written. Inside the box, the hair was packaged neatly in a sealed bag with a separate piece of hair that is included to be the piece you use to make sure the color and length of the extensions match your hair properly. You are able to return or exchange your extensions if necessary without having to actually open up the product in case you are not satisfied with color or length because hair extensions are non-refundable if opened. I really loved the neat and clean packaging of hair extension. I can keep the hair safe in the bag after using it and can easily carry it along while traveling.

Shade

The shade "Medium Brown" is almost the same as shown on the product page. But they look a shade browner in flash light or bright light. It seems as if I did not judge my hair colour well which is why they are a shade lighter than my original hair colour & I guess Royal Chocolate Brown would have been the perfect shade. Quality

The quality is extensions is fantastic. The hair is so soft & shiny. Doesn't get tangled at all and all you need to do, before putting them on, is brush them gently to even out the hair. I had ordered 20 inches & 200 g of extensions in the shade MEDIUM BROWN. And guess what, 200 g is a LOT of hair! I mean, at a time, I don't even require half of the quantity, so if you have long hair like me, 100 g would be more than enough! After putting them on, the hair feels so natural & light weight that if you order one that is exactly of your natural shade, no eyes can spot them to be artificial. The extensions are 4 clipped, 3 clipped, 2 clipped & even 1 clipped, so you can use them accordingly.
