As you all know, Maybelline Color Show nail paints have always been my favorite when it comes to nail colors! My latest pick from this range is a lovely bright yellow shade - Sweet Sunshine 405.

This bold and bright shade is suitable for all the seasons and I think it has the ability to make your boring outfit look lively. Maybelline Color Show nail paint sweet sunshine has a creamy texture, which is neither too runny nor too thick. Two coats are enough to get the right color.it gives a nice glossy finish to the nails. The glossy sheen amplifies the brightness of this shade.

We all love celebrating the beautiful spring season by wearing colourful clothes, putting away the bulky coats and sweaters. I love wearing beautiful shades on my nails according to the season. As spring comes, soft pastels & bright corals come into play. Today, I would like to show you two new additions to my nail paints collection. Both he shades are from a brand called Stay Quirky. Honestly speaking, I had not heard about this brand before but after trying some shades from their collection, following them on social media, I really feel that I should have known about them a lot earlier.

Weekend Manicure- Playing with Nail stickers

Hey everyone,

Hope you all are enjoying the weekend! I won't be bothering you much today, just sharing one of recent manicures. I tried this one a couple of weeks back and if you're following me on Instagram you might have caught a glimpse of it! It's pretty simple to create, just use a red nail paint as the base colour, I've applied Illamasqua Nail lacquer in Aorta, and then apply these lovely nail stickers with perfection, and you are DONE! You can also use a coat of transparent nail polish to ensure that the sticker stays intact for long!

On my nails today- Faces Ultime Pro Nail Lacquer

 This is the gorgeous red shade that I'm wearing on my nails today! Faces Ultime pro Nail lacquer- Red alert is a beautiful bright red color with a slight shimmer to it! I guess it's the brightest red nail paint in my entire collection!

 By the way, it was a big task to click these pics with the whole garden flooded with honey bees hanging around everywhere!

Sunday Manicure- Black & Gold...

I'm back with a Sunday Manicure after a couple of weeks! This time is the very classy combination of black & gold...I've tried this simple nail art using a base nail polish & black & gold glitters on top! Hope you like it :)

Today a short post about some lovely things of Illamasqua. Illamsqua is one of my favorite brands and my readers would be aware about my love for this brand. I have done some crazy makeup looks inspired by their amazing makeup looks... though I knew that I'm not an expert in makeup. Pastel love!! {NOTD}

I really love pastel shades for summers be it clothes or nail paints for that matter...they look soo cool & just perfect for this season!

I recently bought a few pastel shades nail colors & one of the,m was this Colorbar Nail lacquer in 15 from it's Exclusive range which is a lovely pastel green\blue shade. Although I'm not much impressed by the texture of this polish because, it doesn't give a very good & glossy finish but still for the quantity & price they are pretty good & worth buying!

Illamasqua Nail varnish- Stance (Review, NOTD)

Illamasqua recently launched it's Human Fundamentalist collection which became a big hit among most of the bloggers! 

I'm also loving some pieces from this collection & today i would like to review it's Nail varnish in Stance! 

I've been a great fan of their nail varnishes! This shade is really amazing! It shows up according to the lighling around, sometimes magenta, sometimes violet with a tinge of fuchsia in it! Isn't that great?

This won't be a detailed review that I usually post but a short one focusing more on the NOTD!

In the mirror of my own experience

First of all I would like to talk about the packaging.....one of the attractive features is it's packaging which is very beautiful with the outer carton & the shape of the bottle!! Then comes the texture which is also very impressive. The varnish is slightly thin & 2-3 coats are a must to get the perfect shade. After is dries up it gives a gorgeous glossy finish to the nails! The shade as I've mentioned above it very difficult to capture in the lens, it shows slight changes in accordance with the lighting. But all in all it's amazing! The shade is unique & hard to get in general. So if you can get hold of this, it's a must have in every nail polish lovers collection!  Another great thing about it is that it dries very quickly giving a glossy, matte finish.

Although I'm not much of a nail polish person, yet I'm loving this & would like to wear it again & again!

Lotus herbals Color Dew Nail enamel- Review, NOTD

After a long time I'm posting an NOTD. Actually I'm not a fond of nail paints in my daily life. You may find it strange because painting nails with different colors is a common love of girls and ladies.

But today I'm here with a review & NOTD of a beautiful shade nail polish from Lotus Herbals.

It comes in a sleek bottle with a large/long cap. The packaging is a bit different from other nail paint's packaging but is light weight and easy to carry out.

Ingredients

Acetone, DBP and Toluene free 

Shade

Color dews come in many shades & the one I have is 94 Cozy Mulberry, which is a beautiful dull pink color with a glossy finish & matte look!

Texture & pigmentation

The texture is a bit runny but manageable. The pigmentation is impressive. You need two coats to get the right color. After two coats you find an opaque, glossy and beautiful finish.

In the mirror of my own experience

After using this nail paint I fell in love with the Lotus's nail paints. They have such pretty colors in their collection. I found the liquid a bit runny but it dries very quickly. I applied a light coat first and then the other one. It applies very smoothly and quickly dries up. You get a beautiful shining matte finish on your nails which looks gorgeous. The paint stays long and doesn't chip till about  4 days of wear. I love its creamy glossy finish.

Finally....

I'm very satisfied and happy by its quality. It's very easy in applying and dries quickly and gives a creamy glossy finish which I love.The staying power is also too impressive so over all it's a nail paint which you can buy without hesitation. Moreover these are free from harsh chemicals.The price is also reasonable.I wish they increase the colors in this collection.
