New In: Ethnic Love

www.rakhshanda-chamberofbeauty.com/online shopping/ Ethnic love
Hey everyone,
I'm sure you are well aware of the fact that ethnic wear occupies fifty percent of my closet space if not more. I'm always on the lookout for new suits in different styles, colors etc according to the trending fashion.
I recently bought a couple of new traditional attires, sometime around Diwali keeping up with the festive vibes.
I shopped one Anarkali kurta, one Plazzo set and one churidar kameez set.
I got this burgundy and gold Anarkali kurta from Jabong. The brand is Rangmanch by Pantaloon. I fell in love with the burgundy Embellished kurta just after seeing it on the website. The design and cuts are beautiful.

Festival shades | OOTD

Hi everyone,
I hope all my fellow Indians had a lovely festive weekend! The celebrations are not over yet which means all the beautiful ladies have got a few more days to dress up in their best ethnic attires. My today's outfit is inspired by the bright festival shades of this season. The colors are bright and deep at the same time keeping the weather in mind. I bought this anarkali kurti from Limeroad a few months back (check out this video) and thought this would be the best time of the year to style it. I really love this because of the colours, the plain teal body and the bright patterned sleeves and border.
I added some red and golden details to the outfit to make it more festive.

Styling the front-button tunic | Summer Fashion trends

Styling the front-button tunic | Summer Fashion trends, Indian fashion blogger

Hey everyone,

It's yet another rainy day which means monsoons are here. The temperatures haven't reduced much which is bad because hot humid days are the worst! Pictures of this outfit were also taken on one such day. I decided to style my new front button tunic in an Indo-Western way. These kind of tunics or kurtis are so much in vogue these days. This one is a high-low hem style buttoned up from top to bottom. There are other styles like those which are slit open down the waist. These kinds of kurtis are a fusion of ethnic & western & look really stylish.

#Traditionmyway with Jabong.com-OOTD, How to wear printed kurtis, Diwali outfit ideas, Amiclubwear heels, Indian fashion blogger

A very Happy Diwali(festival of lights) to all! It's very evident that I love traditional outfits and festive seasons are just another excuse to flaunt them here, on the blog.

I had styled this printed orange kurti from my jabong haul last month and today, I think, is the best day to share it with you all. Nowadays, not all girls & women like to go for heavily embroidered suits & Anarkali every year. For such people, these type of kurtis are a fabulous option.

Birthday lunch OOTD | Black & Gold Anarkali
Last Sunday was my birthday & I enjoyed a lovely lunch with my family at a beautiful restaurant called Orchard. Unfortunately, I forgot to carry my camera along otherwise would have surely shared with you some beautiful snaps of the location. The plan was made in a hurry and I decided to play safe in an ethnic outfit. Before leaving, we had a quick shoot in this outfit featuring this elegant black, white & gold anarkali  kurta which I had recently purchased from Jabong.com ( HERE).

Simply Black & white- OOTD

A simple white and black look always has its unique beauty! Keeping that in mind I came up with this simple, traditional outfit- a white suit with black patterns, my new white clutch from dressve & suede black wedges. I bought this suit from a local boutique, love the design & comfortable fit it has! A simple white clutch had to be the perfect pick for this outfit. I went for a crocodile skin textured clutch from dressve.com, one of my latest online purchases. Priced at just $7.49, it's a must have in your closet because a white bag can go along with just any look, any style..isn't it?

Mint & White for Eid- OOTD

The auspicious day of Eid is here, but a not so auspicious celebration follows as thousands are being ruthlessly murdered in Gaza by the Israelites. 29th July also marks the centenary of the beginning of World War 1 as people around the world maintain a 2 minute silence for the martyrs of the great war. Those are reasons enough for not celebrating Eid in the grandest of ways.
However, as a fashion blogger I couldn't miss this occasion for sharing my idea for a soft, elegant festive look! I got a few pictures clicked while the sun was out, which is very rare these days due to the rains. Minty green with white looks like the perfect combination to create such a look! I paired it up my favorite white heels, a gorgeous emerald green necklace & soft pinkish makeup.

Pink with gray!!!

If you come to think of a pure Indian outfit, the first thing that comes to your mind is a saree! The fact is that I don't wear a saree- hardly once a year, or sometimes not even that- and therefore, I'm not an expert at draping it- just the kind of "better than bad". Coming on to today's outfit, I was send this piece from jomso.com- an online store selling all kinds of ethnic clothing worldwide! You have been introduced to this store before as well- HERE.
They have a vast collection of extremely beautiful designer sarees, designer lehngas & suits & it was really kind of them to send me something of their own choice! Unfortunately I'm not a big fan of the "pink & gray" combo, but I did like the rose motifs on the pink part! This combination might just look appealing to many women so if you are one such, you can surely get this for yourself! You can check out their collection to buy sarees online!

You don't need an occasion to wear this...(OOTD)

Traditional anarkali suits...every woman knows the beauty & grandeur of this outfit! Usually we prefer wearing them on certain special occasions because most of these suits are adorned with heavy, blingy embroidery. However, I was since long in search of such an anarkali dress which sober enough to be worn frequently & yet must be something outstanding! The search is finally over at BARCODE91
A fabulous online store that brings ethnic clothing to your doorstep WORLDWIDE!

You can explore a remarkable collection of  salwar kameezkurtissarees online & other Indian dresses at barcode91.

Ethnic Casual(OOTD)

I'm here with our traditional outfit which, in my opinion, is the most comfortable wear in the world. Usually I love to wear these comfortable outfits especially during these days. Soft cotton slacks with lawn's kurti is the best wear in this season.Of course, they are loved by almost everyone in India as well as Pakistan. The only difference is regarding the length of the kurti, because in Pakistan, long flowy ones are worn while here we prefer the shorter version, above-knee of knee length.
I really love this bright pink kurti from Malbosat. This website is a treasury of beautiful ethnic traditional fashion wears.
