I hope you had a lovely weekend! It reached close to 40 degrees over the weekend which is really bad because anything over 35 is unbearable. Shooting for any outfit posts is very difficult in such a weather. I hope the temperatures will cool down a bit soon. What's the weather like in your places?

Whenever I think of buying a new dress, a vintage dress is always my first choice. I have a lot of vintage dresses in my wardrobe, but the desire of something new in vintage takes me to different places. Recently I stopped a well-known web store  DressLily.com. My eyes brightened with joy when I saw their collection of vintage dresses. 

They are so much like the ones Scarlett O'Hara would wear, in fact, when I saw the green & the red dresses, this is exactly what came to my mind! The best thing about vintage dresses is that they look modest & glamorous at the same time. Every other vintage dress has a unique charm in it.

Sunday is the day when I love posting about some of the best dressed celebs of the week and with so much happening these days (LFW, so many Premiers etc, etc..) spotting these fashionable actresses & models is no big deal! This time, supermodel Miranda Kerr, the beautiful Millie Mackintosh & the gorgeous Anne Hathaway made it to my list. Of course, there are many more but these three stole the show in their unique & chic styles. Clad in three different types of dresses- Millie in a bohemian style slit dress at the London fashion Week, Miranda Kerr in a cute daisy print mini dress, strolled on the streets of LA with Evan Spiegal & Anne Hathaway was seen coming out of her hotel in a basic white shirtdress.

The weather is playing a game with us here, if the morning is shiny the evening is all about rains. All this is happening since a week. I was going to the market for Eid shopping but due to the heavy rains I have postponed my plan so I think it's time to write some fun posts, searching web-stores making some wishlists etc etc.

So it's that day of another year, the 31st of December, when we bid adieu to an year of mixed emotions, an year full of enjoyment, boredom, at times despair but in the end a delightful and joyful one! It was yet another incredible year as a beauty and fashion blogger, getting the opportunity of so much to discover, so much to learn and so much to experiment with! I planned a special post for this last day of the year, picking out some of my personal favourite outfits. Putting together various outfits to bring in variety and style to all the looks is quite a tough job and there is no bigger joy if it turns out really well and inspiring for others!
